Senior UI-UX Designer/Web Designer

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior UI-UX Designer/Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize web pages, landing pages, and email templates with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Work closely with the UX and web development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Manage and maintain a library of design assets and resources.
• Ensure all designs adhere to our design asset library, company brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure every design produced, whether it's a banner or new website template, delivers an effective experience across desktop, mobile and tablet

• Experience in eCommerce
• ​​At least 4 years' experience in designing for Web
• Experience of responsive and mobile design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
