Lead the design process: Oversee the complete design lifecycle, from initial research and concept ideation to implementation and post-launch analysis.
Conduct user research: Plan and execute a variety of research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform and validate design decisions.
Create design artifacts: Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems: Evolve and govern the company's design system and style guides to ensure visual consistency and design quality across all platforms.
Mentor and provide guidance: Offer constructive design feedback to junior designers, guide them on best practices, and support their professional growth.
Advocate for the user: Champion user-centered design principles within the organization and effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders, product managers, and
developers.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product management and engineering teams in an Agile environment to translate complex requirements into intuitive and accessible user experiences.
Iterate based on data: Analyze usage data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize the user experience.
Stay current on trends: Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.
Yêu cầu
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful design process, problem-solving skills, and successful, high-quality projects.
Design expertise: Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual design.
Research proficiency: Proven experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Prototyping skills: Expertise in creating and testing interactive prototypes.
Technical knowledge: Working knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Software proficiency: Expert-level command of Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts and strategies clearly.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, project ownership, and influencing stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and Agile environment.
