Senior UX/UI Designer

Job description
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of digital products and experiences across web, mobile, and tablet.
You will balance user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements while working closely with Creative, Business, Product, and Development teams. The role combines hands-on UX/UI design, signed project delivery, presales support, productization, and design innovation, including AI-assisted workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
UX/UI Design
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, handoff, and design QA.
Define information architecture, user flows, customer journeys, and user goals, and translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
Create high-fidelity interfaces and responsive experiences across web, mobile, and tablet.
Contribute to design systems, reusable components, frameworks, and internal design assets.
Project Delivery
Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product, and Development teams to deliver signed client projects.
Collaborate with developers during implementation and conduct design QA to ensure accurate execution.
Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly while managing priorities and project timelines.
Presales & Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Content Manager, Graphic Designers, and other team members on concepts, interactive experiences, prototypes, and presentations for pitches.
Translate business opportunities and client requirements into compelling digital experiences and design solutions.
Productization & Innovation
Build reusable design frameworks, components, templates, and solution patterns, and support the productization of SAI Digital's digital solutions and offerings.
Contribute to internal concepts and reusable solutions such as Global Dashboards, AI Assistants, Mini-Apps, and Direct-to-Consumer sites.
Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to improve design productivity, quality, and processes.
WORK ALLOCATION
70% - Signed Projects: Client delivery in collaboration with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product, and Development teams.
30% - Presales & Innovation: Pitches, concept development, design explorations, and reusable internal solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a related digital design role, with a strong end-to-end digital product portfolio.
Strong skills in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design for web and mobile.
Strong design fundamentals with the ability to connect user needs, business objectives, and product value.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in design systems and reusable components.
Experience collaborating with business, product, development, and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present design concepts and decisions.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within project timelines.
Familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Weave, and Magnific is a plus. Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows, vibe coding, vibe design, or HTML/CSS is also a plus.
Experience in an agency, consulting, client-facing, or presales environment is a plus.
