Mô tả công việc
Service receptionist:
Responsible for the work related to repair service daily: receive/ return/ contact for repair information with customers who have product issues.
Processing complete service order, processing payments and invoice via e-mail or telephone completed to customer and internal process in SAP.
Manages post-sales order management (specialized product builds, performance reports, and data analysis).
Updating, maintaining and issuing client information.
Ensuring safe working procedures and practices are followed at all Company policy and be proactive in identifying hazards and risk controls.
Display a positive attitude and use knowledge to support customer satisfaction & offer alternative solutions.
Service Coordinator:
Responsibility for Spare part stock, daily/ weekly/ monthly record for service revenue & service cost.
Purchasing/logistic responsibility in parts/ Jig & Tool procurement, communicate with FFAP/FFAP to check parts for repair based on Service Technician request and customer orders.
Cooperate with F&A team to accurately monthly check/reconcile physical parts inventory, revenue, expenses.
Processing reports and spreadsheet in excel.
Display a positive attitude and use knowledge to support customer satisfaction & offer alternative solutions.

Recording details of enquiries and applications on to system or other require task.
Yêu cầu
Proven experience (2-3 years) in customer-facing roles, including service or billing, requiring meticulous attention to detail.
Preferable with experience in handling warranty
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive customer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring effective resolutions.
Exhibits a strong aptitude for teamwork and possesses excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese (English Preferable).
