Mô tả công việc
Location:REE Tower, District 4, HCMC.
Time working:Mon to Fri: from 08.30 am to 05.30 pm,
a middle break of 1 hour
Report to:Country Manager - IT Services (a foreigner)
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating IT services and cloud solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·Telemarketing of new customers for IT Infrastructure services and cloud solutions
·Coordinate and manage the delivery of IT Infrastructure services and cloud solutions to clients.
·Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their service-related inquiries and concerns.
·Update Tickets in Servicenow
·Schedule and oversee service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
·Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and project progress.
·Provide regular updates and reports to management on service activities and client feedback.
·Other tasks assigned by the management

·1-2 years of experience in a service coordination or similar role, preferably in IT services and cloud solutions.
·Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·Flexible work environment.
