Mô tả công việc
Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for product and spare parts installation, repairing and maintenance of faulty system;
• Provide technical support in the commissioning, operation, maintenance and de-commissioning of medical equipment;
• Monitor the Preventive Maintenance program to ensure minimal disruption to operations and to ensure that medical equipment is safe for use at all the times;
• Respond to customers' requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline.
• Attending to daily service requests, breakdowns and provide service support;
• Attend all emergency calls during office or non-office hours;
• Ensure that all scheduled servicing and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on time and in full;
• Contribute to a safe working environment and proactively identify and deal with issues depending on severity;
• Comply with Quality System requirements, instructions relating to health and safety at the workplace;
• Understand and adhere with Principals' applicable compliance, code of conduct policies & procedures.
Yêu cầu
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Biomedical or Electronics & Computer Engineering
• 1-2 years of field experience in the medical industry would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to travel as and when required
• Able to perform shift and standby duties
• Knowledge in Information Technology and/or a wide range of medical product
• Be able to read English technical documents.
• Fluent in English.
• Meticulous and detailed-orientated
• Self-started and able to multitask
• Critical thinker
• Willing to learn clinical knowledge
