• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in service sales or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnam market, especially in Hanoi, HCMC, and Haiphong regions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally internationally.
