Job summary
• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Sales Manager to lead and grow our service sales across Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue and profitability growth in the service segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement service sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Establish and manage relationships with all levels in key customers and partners in the service domain.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (if applicable) across assigned locations.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for service sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments such as finance, marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in service sales or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnam market, especially in Hanoi, HCMC, and Haiphong regions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally internationally.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
Reporting to
• Country

• Full time position
• Require 40% to 50% of domestic travel within Vietnam
• Occasional travel to the regional countries
Benefit:
