Mô tả công việc
* Your tasks will, among others, include:
- Provide customer service by e-mail or by telephone, clarifying doubts about equipment, technical and commercial specifications, parameter settings.
- Personally respond to customer support requests by scheduling the visit and checking the indicated problems, performing tests, making parameter adjustments, or indicating the need to exchange a part or need to send to DEIF for repairs not performed in the field.
- Perform commissioning and start-up of equipment, moving to customers, assessing whether the panel is properly installed, performing protection and load tests, and commissioning it after approvals at the checks.
- Prepare and deliver in-company technical training, taking equipment and training materials, simulating a real situation of the client, using the pre-configured test fin.
- Perform maintenance of the training room's internal panels and tests, checking for adjustments to configurations, or internal part changes, re-testing and adjusting to allow customer configurations to be recreated to identify problem solutions presented.
- Re-create new functionalities in the test panels, according to the technical information of the matrix, aiming to obtain the knowledge and distance training to support the customers.
- Participate in electrical projects, involving software for the plan electrical project, seeking to know the operation and main characteristics to provide better quality services to customers.
- Comply with the internal regulations, the requirements of the environmental preservation systems, and the norms and procedures of occupational health, hygiene and safety of the sector, as well as the use of EPI's / EPC's (Personal Protective Equipment / Collective Protection Equipment) when the activity so requires.
- Develop other activities inherent to the position or at the discretion of their immediate superior, as long as they are in accordance with their knowledge and experience. Configuration of project software and hardware
- Together with our global technical organization, you must visit customers for commissioning- or service tasks worldwide. Therefore, you should expect 30-40 travel days per year.

Yêu cầu
- You hold a degree in the electrical or automation (engineering) field, enabling you to guide, design, and program the best solutions based on customer requirements. In addition, you have some years of experience from a similar position in possess product programming skills in C++/ PLC or CODESYS and are willing to learn.
- You have a good sense of cultural differences, which you use to collaborate with customers and colleagues worldwide. As a result, you collaborate effectively with people around you and focus on sharing your knowledge to succeed.
