Set up Manager/Expansion Manager/Project Manager - Oversea

Be responsible for overseeing and executing the setup and implementation of operational systems, processes, and infrastructure. This role ensures smooth and efficient setup of new locations, equipment, and workflows to support the company's growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute setup processes for new locations, equipment, and operational workflows.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate setup.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for setup and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
Identify and resolve setup-related issues, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Maintain accurate documentation of setup procedures and progress reports.
Collaborate with IT, logistics, and facility management teams for seamless integration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in operations setup, project management, or facility management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor management.
Knowledge of industry best practices in setup and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Willingly to travel, preferred having active driving licenses (A/C)
