JOB DESCIPTION

Implement, oversee and adapt policies and programs to improve the company's SHE performance, ensure it complies with regulations and standard.
Set up SHE committee and organize monthly meeting for ITL Log level and each BU level. Prepare the meeting minute with its CAPA per each meeting for following up.
Deploy and implement the plan training, toolbox talk to develop SHE awareness, behavior for the employees.
Monitor and supervise the employees on compliance with company regulations, SOPs, standards as well as legal requirements.
Develop and implement SHE programs, plans and make sure all programs are monitored, updated and reported periodically.
Investigate and report all incidents, accidents and recommend corrective actions & preventive action plan (CAPA) and tracking the CAPAs until its closing.
Liaise with internal and external parties to implement related tasks such as: SHE training, health check, fire drill, environmental check...
Deploy & Implement programs on contractor management, STOP for safety, permit to work, daily toolbox talks, safety walk and talk, food safety, 5S, MHE and truck safety, racking inspection.
Coordinate with related teams on deploying and implementing SHE programs like ISO, C-TPAT/ TAPA, HACCP, GDP, GSP, 5S, Kaizen, Six sigma.
Conduct work risk assessment for all operational and SHE processes in the ITL Log sites. Following up and coordinate with risk owners to eliminate or mitigate the risks.
Make sure all safety equipment like firefighting system, safety cage, full body harness, PPE are regularly checked, calibrated and maintained in good condition for use.
Implement SHE checklists for each facility of the site included MHE, truck, type of doors, dock leveler, electrical, safety equipment, housekeeping, CCTV, burglar alarm, etc...
Manage vehicle through GPS on 4 hours, 10 hours regulations for continuously driving, limit speed. Regular vehicle maintenance and calibration as well. Manage drivers through random check of alcohol and drug via given devices.
Controlling and provide personal protection equipment (PPE). Check all kinds of PPE, uniform and ensure to provide the good quality, convenience and appropriate clothing and protection to employees.
Managing and control all project teams with contractors on SSHE matters and check applications related during implementation.
Coordinate with all departments in the hazardous and non-hazardous waste management programs. Oversees respective dept. waste disposal to obtain lowest costs obtainable consistent with internal and external guidelines and laws; Assure waste and bins are properly classified, labeled, stored, handled, disposed, and detailed records are maintained.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly SHE reports if required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate: Bachelor/ college in SHE; mechanics; electrical; environment.
Clear communication in Vietnamese and English.
Illustrate the ability to listen and learn.
Illustrate the ability to work independently or proactive to drive best practices standards.
Ability to drive SSHE and culture change.

EXPERIENCE

5 - 10 years experienced at the same position.
Working in logistics / supply chain field is a plus.
To have knowledge of SHE, 5S, ISO is a must.
To have knowledge of technical improvement/ maintenance on facilities/ process.
Good at 5S, GEMBA, Kaizen/ Lean.
Have knowledge of ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001/ HACCP is a plus.
Can use Auto-cad, Corel software.
