Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong

Core Responsibilities
• Act as an 24/7 operational coordinator in the Local Command Center (LCC) ensuring execution is performed in accordance to defined Standard Operating Procedures (Best practice) for the sites in scope of the LCC
• Act as deputy for LEGO Site Security Management and decision maker in relation to security, fire, health, safety and crisis incidents. If needed escalate and mobilize LEGO Site Security Management or Site Emergency Response Team based on the defined escalation matrix in the Local Contingency Plan.
• Ensure logging and documentation of all security activities, events and incidents.
• Support internal investigation and potential contact with local authorities in case it is needed.
• Ensure operational continuity briefing and handing over to next Supervisor on Duty and reporting to LEGO Site Security Management.
• Monitor local Security System performance, documenting and reporting system malfunction in the Integrated Workplace Management System (PLANON).
• Support and train Operators from local security service provider on efficient responses to incidents, alerts and alarms, analysing the situation, deciding on appropriate response.
• Ensure local standards operating procedures, instructions, check-lists etc. for the Local Command Center are maintained and up-to-date and provide input for ongoing development, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Support LEGO Site Security Management on generation and documentation of site KPIs and ad hoc requests.
• Acting as role model ensuring the LEGO values are embedded in local security operations.
• Fire Alarm monitoring and response internally and to the local fire authorities in case of Fire situation, including participation in the Fire Response team (law requirement) Key management supervision.

The Global Security Organization looks after people and assets in the LEGO Group. The primary role is to ensure business continuity by protecting the company and employees from critical security incidents, ensuring efficient responses to incidents and preventing physical leaks and thefts of intellectual property and critical assets.
As Security Coordinator you will be based in a Local Command Center placed in one of the LEGO Group's manufacturing locations and take part in the rotational roster (work schedule) to provide 24/7/365 coverage. You need to be flexible to cover both day/night/weekend shifts based on the monthly roster schedule.
Do you have what it takes?
• Relevant education in an administrative support function or alarm receiving center function (or documented similar experience)
• Prefer candidates with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in multinational manufacturing companies
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in 12-hour shift
• Administrative experience (procedures and reports)
• Guard Course (or relevant dispensing work experience)
• Technical/operational Proficiency: Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Receiving Systems (GENETEC will be considered an advantage).
• Experience and interest in using office IT systems (MS Office Word, Excel, SharePoint
• Problem-Solving / Decision making: Based on the knowledge of the internal procedures in place and the legal environment quickly and effectively assessing and addressing issues as they arise.
• Leadership: Leading by example, being able to coordinate and lead with representatives of different departments and knowing their limitations and authority.
• Communication/coordination: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal. Being aware of the distribution scope of reports and communications and the applicable data privacy regulations.
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively across different functional domains and with stakeholders in different levels in production and admin office to achieve common goals.
• Multi-Tasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus (control on operations, managing CCTV and investigations, etc...)
• Flexibility & Dependability: Availability to work during night and weekend / holidays (shift pattern), being reliable and consistent in performing duties.
• Attention to Detail: Has a positive and analytical approach to tasks and challenges ensuring quality and accuracy on any kind of verbal and written output, incident reports, communication and logs.

Tập đoàn này đang tiến thêm một bước để hướng đến việc hoàn thành xây dựng nhà máy trị giá 1,3 tỷ USD tại Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, Lego cũng đang chuẩn bị lao động, nhân sự để vận hành nhà máy và dự kiến sẽ có khoảng 100 người được tuyển dụng trong những tháng cuối năm 2023 và tăng lên 500 người trong năm 2024 để đảm bảo đi vào sản xuất trong nửa cuối năm 2024.
