Do you have what it takes?
• Relevant education in an administrative support function or alarm receiving center function (or documented similar experience)
• Prefer candidates with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in multinational manufacturing companies
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in 12-hour shift
• Administrative experience (procedures and reports)
• Guard Course (or relevant dispensing work experience)
• Technical/operational Proficiency: Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Receiving Systems (GENETEC will be considered an advantage).
• Experience and interest in using office IT systems (MS Office Word, Excel, SharePoint
• Problem-Solving / Decision making: Based on the knowledge of the internal procedures in place and the legal environment quickly and effectively assessing and addressing issues as they arise.
• Leadership: Leading by example, being able to coordinate and lead with representatives of different departments and knowing their limitations and authority.
• Communication/coordination: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal. Being aware of the distribution scope of reports and communications and the applicable data privacy regulations.
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively across different functional domains and with stakeholders in different levels in production and
admin office to achieve common goals.
• Multi-Tasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus (control on operations, managing CCTV and investigations, etc...)
• Flexibility & Dependability: Availability to work during night and weekend / holidays (shift pattern), being reliable and consistent in performing duties.
• Attention to Detail: Has a positive and analytical approach to tasks and challenges ensuring quality and accuracy on any kind of verbal and written output, incident reports, communication and logs.
• Diversity and inclusivity: seeing and understating the different angles and viewpoints of events, tasks and issues they are dealing during their operations.
