Are you ready to become an integral part of our Marine Agency Commercial team? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join us as a Shipping Data Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collating shipping schedules and gathering data from diverse sources across our network. Your mission is to ensure that all data is collected promptly, followed up on, and processed into a consistent and presentable format. Your work will directly support our decision-making processes at the highest levels.
Data Collection & Management:
- Gather and collate shipping schedules from multiple sources within our network.
- Proactively chase and follow up on any pending data to ensure timely collection.
Data Processing:
- Standardize and format data consistently for easy interpretation and use.
- Use advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macro, to streamline data processing and reporting.
Presentation Development:
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- Transform complex data into clear, impactful visuals and narratives.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree or equivalent is preferred
- Written and oral fluency in English is preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
- Strong skills in PowerPoint presentation development
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA/Macro.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing and standardizing data.
