Shop drawing engineer

CAD/SHOP DRAWING ENGINEER1. Job Responsibilities
Prepare and develop shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings based on design drawings and project requirements.
Assist in preparing and revising drawings using AutoCAD under the guidance of the Engineering team.
Coordinate drawings with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
Review drawings and identify discrepancies or missing information for clarification.
Incorporate comments from the Consultant, Contractor, and relevant departments.
Coordinate with Site and Engineering teams to ensure drawings are suitable for construction.
Maintain proper drawing revisions and document control.
Assist in preparing and updating as-built drawings.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
2. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in CAD drafting, shop drawing, or construction drawing is preferred.
Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply and will be provided with training.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; willingness to learn and develop technical drawing skills.
Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents.
Good attention to detail and a responsible working attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Experience with Revit/BIM is an advantage but not mandatory.
