Short-Form Video Producer

Job Objective
Responsible for producing and designing visual and video content for Marketing, Social Commerce, and E-commerce activities in order to increase brand awareness, attract customers, and drive sales.
Ensure that all videos align with brand direction, are suitable for each platform, meet image and sound quality standards, and are completed on schedule.
What You'll Do
Develop concepts, visual scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and shooting plansFilm short-form, advertising, product, branding, review, KOL/KOC, event, and campaign content
Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other filming equipment
Edit videos including cutting, color grading, audio, subtitles, music, transitions, and visual effects
Create basic motion graphics and animations
Optimize video hooks, messaging, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion
Support livestream and marketing campaigns with teasers, trailers, highlights, recaps, and BTS content
Stay updated on TikTok, social media, and short-form video trends
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Video Producer, or Multimedia Producer
Experience in a Marketing Agency, eCommerce Agency, Social Commerce Agency, or Production House is a plus
Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form content
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Audition is a plus
Strong visual sense, storytelling, composition, lighting, and filming skills
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Portfolio / Showreel is required
