Mô tả công việc
- Receive hot-line calls, emails from customer for service then collect all information, arrange and inform to Technical Manager. Follow up the working performance process and report to customer.
- Attend daily meeting and make daily report. Check and record all jobsheets from technicians, make report and submit weekly report to Service Manager.
- Coordinate with Technical Manager to make working schedule for all technical staffs.
- Make quotation, send quotation to customer and inform team once getting the confirmation from customer to do service.
- Make service contract and other related documents: Handover Certificate, Warranty Certificate ...
- Prepare documents relating to payment for technical service and send to customers, follow up payment and outstanding from customers.
- Coordinate and support project-based works.
- Check frequently and order spare parts, accessories,...
- Update, file and translate Manual and Technical Documents.
- Other tasks relating to the Technical service department
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Female, age from 22-35
- College/University degree
- Be able to communicate in English
- Service orientation
- Be active, careful and honest
- Good office computer skills
- Working Time: From Monday to Saturday morning
- Working Place: BT2-39 Trung Van New Urban Area, Trung Van Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam
