About Omnis
Omnis is building an AI-native DeFi infrastructure for intelligent onchain asset management. We're creating autonomous agents that help investors-from DAOs to crypto-native funds-optimize capital across DeFi in real time, with no custody risk and maximum transparency.
At Omnis, you'll work with a world-class team from institutions like Google, Microsoft, MediaTek, Credit Suisse, Harvard, UC Berkeley, and NTU. We're a research-driven company turning cutting-edge AI research and crypto technologies into powerful, user-centric financial products. We obsess over user experience and institutional-grade safety-because DeFi shouldn't be a full-time job.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a smart contract engineer who lives and breathes DeFi. You've shipped protocols on Solana, written Rust smart contracts (Anchor or native), and are comfortable navigating EVM environments. You'll work closely with our AI + strategy team to bring trading logic to life-and you won't stop at the contract level. If you're also down to get your hands dirty with backend infra, we'll hand you more ownership than you've ever had before.
What You'll Do
Design and implement Solana smart contracts in Rust (Anchor or Native)
Translate trading strategies into onchain execution logic
Contribute to Solidity contracts across EVM-compatible chains
Build critical backend infrastructure to support smart contracts, data ingestion, and execution
Collaborate with researchers, auditors, and infra partners to maintain high security standards
Review code, write tests, and optimize for low gas, high speed, and secure execution

Yêu cầu

Requirements
Fluent in English
2+ years experience with Rust and Solana (DeFi protocol experience preferred)
Familiarity with Solidity and EVM chains (Polygon, Arbitrum, BSC, ETC.)
Understanding of smart contract design patterns, execution risks, and gas optimization
Comfortable with backend tools (e.g. [protected info], Python, Redis, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)
Able to work independently, own systems end-to-end, and communicate clearly in async teams
