Backend Developer Python, AWS

We will entrust you with the application development work of our marketing DX support service such as "AD EBiS" "AdRepo", "New Product", an advertising effectiveness measurement platform with the largest market share in the industry.

[In particular]
(1) You will be mainly in charge of the overall development from requirement definition to release in the project such as new functions and performance improvement.
(2) You will be engaged in a wide range of development, such as the back-end part for acquiring / analyzing a large amount of measurement data and the front-end part with various functions for marketing business support.
(3) As a leader, we will manage the tasks of the members as well as team building including member development.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include (but not limited to):

• Understanding of requirements
• Technical survey of new functions (PoC)
• Application design
• Implementation of application and implementation of UT
• Code review
• Document creation

Required Technical Skills:

Necessary:

• More than 5 years of Python Backend Development
• More than 3 years of System or Application Design & Analysis
• Have Experience the AWS platform.
• Database or Caching Skills (at least 5 years): such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ
• Quick Catch-up on System Structure
• Experience in Code Design
• Experience in Unit Test Specification Creation
• Team Work Skills, Logical Explanations and Presentations
• Experience in Functional and Non-Functional Requirements Definition
• Technical Follow-up and Training for Development Members
• Design and Promotion of Technical Training Policy Together with CTO
• Joining Date from May 2025

Plus Point:

• Graduated from IT major is Desirable
• Japanese Skill
• Have Experience or Desire to Develop in: REST API, Docker, HTML5, NodeJS, ReactJS, Java
• Have Practical Experience in Using GenAI tools to Support Programming, Documentation, Testing, or System design (Clear Understanding of the Security and Ethical Risks associated with using GenAI in a Corporate Environment.)
• Strong Knowledge and Good Experiences in Scaling a Production System to Serve up to Thousands of Transactions per Second (tps)

Working Hour

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Morning 1h Flex Time (You can work from 7:30-8:30 am and finish 5:00-6:00 pm) *Keep 8h Working Time
• 12:00 - 13:30 break

Salary

• Salary that can be negotiated based on ability
• 100% salary payment even during the trial period
• Personal income tax (PIT): 10% during the probation period
