Job Description
Our client is an FDI manufacturing company, now looking for an SMT Supervisor (1.000 USD, ID 18078):
Manage and coordinate production activities on the SMT lines to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
Analyze circuit designs and evaluate technical issues during the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate product defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and review technical documents such as the Control Plan and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize production errors.
Set up and operate the Manufacturing Execution System for the production line.
Use CAD software to design and update technical documentation as needed.
Report work progress to upper management and maintain close coordination with departments.
Prepare reports and carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Electronics,
Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT production, with hands-on knowledge of SMT equipment, processes, and quality control.
Strong understanding of electronic circuits and ability to analyze schematics and troubleshoot technical issues.
Experience with technical documents such as Control Plans, PFMEA, and work instructions.
Good command of English.
