[SO] Procurement Planning Support (English + Korean Speaking)

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to ensure timely material availability and support uninterrupted production.
Analyze material demand, supply situations, and inventory levels to identify potential shortages or excess stock.
Monitor and manage backlog reports, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
Create and process purchase orders in accordance with procurement and planning requirements.
Monitor order fulfillment status and proactively follow up on delayed deliveries.
Coordinate special freight arrangements and urgent shipments to minimize supply interruptions.
Track supplier performance and delivery commitments to ensure service level compliance.
Track and follow up on supplier invoices to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
Maintain and update procurement and material master data in relevant systems.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across procurement, planning, and logistics platforms.
Identify and resolve master data discrepancies impacting operational performance.
Act as the key contact point for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding material planning, order management, and delivery issues.
Prepare regular reports on material availability, backlog status, delivery performance, and planning activities.
Analyze operational data and recommend improvement actions to optimize supply chain performance.
Support standardization, automation, and process improvement projects.
