About the Role:
As a Social Account Intern, you will support the Social Commerce team in managing client projects, coordinating campaign execution, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. This internship offers hands-on exposure to social commerce, influencer marketing, content campaigns, and account management within a fast-growing digital commerce environment.
You will work closely with
Account Managers,
Content Creators, and Social Commerce Specialists to gain practical experience in campaign planning, execution, reporting, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Account & Project Coordination
Support the team in managing social commerce projects from planning to execution.
Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Creative, Production, Livestream, and Operations) to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Follow up on project progress and proactively identify potential issues for escalation.
Support client communication and help maintain organized project documentation.
2. Social Commerce Campaign Support
Assist in researching social commerce trends, competitors, creators, and market insights.
Support the execution of TikTok and other social commerce campaigns.
Stay updated on emerging trends in social commerce, content marketing, and creator economy.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Collect and consolidate campaign performance data from platforms and reports.
Assist in tracking campaign budgets, spending, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Help identify insights and recommendations based on campaign results.

Requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields.
Strong interest in Social Commerce, TikTok,
Digital Marketing, and Content Creation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance reports.
Familiarity with TikTok, social media platforms, and digital trends is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides).
