Are you passionate about exploring new social platforms and excited by the challenge of building a brand on emerging spaces like Threads?

Chợ Tốt's Brand Marketing team is seeking a Content Creator Intern to help grow Chợ Tốt Xe's presence on Threads and other fast-evolving platforms. If you're driven by creativity, quick to spot cultural moments and have a knack for resonating with Gen Z, this role is for you.

This isn't just a content creation job, it's your opportunity to influence how people perceive Chợ Tốt Xe on an innovative platform. You'll be instrumental in boosting brand relevance and awareness among a younger audience, starting with Threads and extending to other platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🌟 Content Creation & Trend Engagement

Develop and test fresh content angles and formats to drive organic visibility, engagement, and brand recognition.
Keep Chợ Tốt Xe's brand voice consistent, relatable, and in tune with Gen Z culture by crafting witty, engaging, and trend-sensitive content on Threads.
Own the growth of brand discussion and talkability on Threads by initiating conversations, joining popular trends, and tapping into community dynamics.
Track emerging content formats and cultural trends on Threads, adjusting your content strategy based on performance data, audience interaction, and platform shifts.

🚀 Community Building & Brand Exposure

Identify and evaluate trending moments and content types on Threads that can be leveraged for Chợ Tốt Xe, and adapt them creatively to fit our brand.
Proactively integrate Chợ Tốt Xe into relevant conversations, adding value through subtle and engaging posts, sparking curiosity without overselling.
Collaborate with content creators and communities on Threads to amplify brand exposure, creating micro-moments that capture attention and drive interaction.
Partner with brand, design, and media teams to ensure your content approach aligns with broader marketing strategies while pushing creative boundaries.
Share insights and key learnings with the team to refine and scale successful content strategies across other platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

You're active on Threads, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms, and understand what makes content click.
You're fluent in Gen Z culture and internet trends and can turn insights into relatable content.
You love writing short, snappy copy that feels natural, funny, and scroll-worthy.
Bonus: You have experience making content (text, memes, simple visuals, or video), but don't worry, this is not a video-only role.
You're proactive, self-starting, and not afraid to try things that haven't been done before.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and rapidly evolving social media trends, where staying ahead of the curve is key to keeping content fresh and relevant.
Strong sense of ownership, take initiative, follow through on ideas, and care deeply about the impact of your work.
