1. YOUR ROLE
Tan Hung Ha is looking for an energetic and creative Social Content Specialist focused on video. You will build, develop and bring the company's social channels to life-especially TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels-using engaging videos that make complex technology solutions accessible and appealing to B2B customers.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
Video concepts and scripts
- Create short- and long-form video concepts and content directions suited to the target audience on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Write detailed scripts for product and technology-solution series, including equipment reviews and unboxings (barcode printers, scanners, industrial computers and kiosks), real-world solution demonstrations (RFID, Machine Vision and Smart Factory), specialist tips and technology Q&A, corporate-culture communications and behind-the-scenes content at Tan Hung Ha.
Production
- Coordinate with the media team to set up shooting angles, lighting and equipment and conduct filming, either independently or with Design.
- Comfortable, natural and engaging on-camera presentation as a VJ or reviewer is a major advantage.
Channel management and optimisation
- Publish and manage content and communities, including comments and user engagement.
- Optimise titles, hashtags and thumbnails for video SEO and greater reach on TikTok and YouTube.
- Track new social trends and adapt them appropriately to company content.
Measurement and collaboration
- Track and report video and channel performance, including views, followers, engagement and conversion rate.
- Work closely with the Content Lead to keep video content aligned with the overall strategy.
- Support other Marketing work, including product and event photography, when required.
3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year of experience in Content Creation, Video Creation or Social Media. Candidates who have directly built TikTok or YouTube channels with stable viewership are preferred.
- B2B or technology-content experience-IT, machinery, equipment or software-is a major advantage. Otherwise, strong learning ability and an appetite for technical knowledge are required.
- Proficiency with mobile and/or desktop video-editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
- Strong visual thinking and sensitivity to content and music trends on TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
- Creative scriptwriting and video-storytelling skills, especially the ability to retain viewers in the opening seconds.
- Photography and basic Canva thumbnail-design skills are an advantage.
- Energetic, creative and comfortable appearing on camera; proactive, deadline-resilient, responsible and willing to test new content formats.
