Social Content Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms, including Facebook, and Instagram, TikTok.
Create and manage social content aligned with brand direction and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with Design, Media, and Marketing teams to execute content plans.
Stay updated on social media trends and propose creative ideas to improve content performance.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of dedicated experience as a Content Creator, Social Content Specialist, or Copywriter (not general/broad marketing roles where content is secondary).
Core Competencies:
Strong expertise in Creative Copywriting and Content Planning across major social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.).
Proven ability to conceptualize visual angles, write engaging scripts, and brief designers or edit short-form content (CapCut/TikTok).
Sharp instinct for viral trends with the ability to adapt them into the brand's tone and voice.
Prior background/experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, or Personal Care (deep understanding of skincare ingredients, routines, and beauty consumer insights).
Background from agency is a plus
