WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Lead Social Plan & Content Plan development aligned with client briefs and proposals.
Execute with logic and discipline: content pillars & formats, timing, and quality across multiple projects.
Work with vendors/partners to produce high-quality content; take full responsibility for visual + copy quality control.
Teamwork that matches the "One Team" spirit with Creative, Account, Planning, and KOL team to ensure plans stay aligned.

Can run multiple projects without dropping standards.
You're social-native that has strong social planning & production management.
Have sharp judgment, know how to brief creators/vendors so they deliver the right output.
You can spot weak content and fix it with a clear direction.
Can present & defend a plan persuasively (clarity + logic + confidence).
You're hungry: you learn trends fast and hold yourself to high standards.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Have 1+ years agency experience in social management/content planning/production.
Good English, strong communication.
Multitasking, ownership mindset, always learning.
