You will work with existing scripts and turn them into clear, engaging videos for social media. You will also have the opportunity to contribute new ideas and help improve our content style over time.

• Create and edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Turn existing scripts into engaging and easy-to-understand videos.
• Select and incorporate suitable images, video clips, music, captions, and other visual elements.
• Use AI tools to support video production and visual content creation.
• Contribute ideas for new content and video formats.
• Help improve and develop our existing video style.

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, or a related field.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Interest in learning and using AI tools for content and video creation.
• Ability to take feedback and continuously improve.
• A portfolio or examples of previous video work are preferred.
Working Details
Working Hours: Flexible, approximately 15-20 hours per week
Working Location: Online
Compensation: Starting at $6-$7 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance, skills, experience, and progress
