Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and proactive Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team for Phong Nha Holiday. As part of a unique marketing team in Vietnam's tourism sector, you will craft and execute engaging social media campaigns across B2C and B2B platforms, boost brand awareness, engage online communities, and drive sales conversion for Chay Lap Farmstay, Blue Diamond Retreat, and corporate MICE/Team-building packages.

Scope & detailed responsibilities
1. Social Media Planning & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content plans across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn in line with company strategy.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (copywriting, photos, short video scripts for Reels/TikTok, Carousels) highlighting the beauty, sustainability, and authentic experiences of our properties.
2. Channel & Reputation Management:
- Monitor and manage daily interactions on all social channels.
- Review and draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to guest reviews on Google Business, TripAdvisor.
3. Ads Management & Optimization: set up, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
4. Media Production & Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the media team to produce compelling visual assets.
- Perform basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) for social posts.
- Host or co-host short video clips/Livestreams in Vietnamese or English when required.
5. Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze user engagement, and submit weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
6. B2B & Partner Relations: Interact with travel influencers, KOLs, and corporate partners for collaboration opportunities.
