Position overviewNexgen Media is a B2B content and media agency working with global clients across apps, software, funded startups, creators, and brands The Social Media Intern supports the delivery of client social media accounts, assisting with content production, scheduling, community management, and performance reporting. The role is designed to build practical agency experience across multiple live client accounts.
Key responsibilities
Support the preparation and scheduling of content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube
Draft captions, hooks, and supporting copy for review
Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to inform content planning
Monitor comments and messages, and escalate items requiring a response
Compile weekly performance data and assist in preparing monthly client reports
Maintain accurate documentation of content and assets in Notion
RequirementsEssential
Currently studying, or a recent graduate, in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Strong written English. Work produced is published under client brands.
Available part-time onsite in Hanoi, minimum 20 hours per week
Working knowledge of major social platforms and current short-form content formats
Ielts 7.5+
Preferred
Prior experience managing a personal, university, or club social account
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and Notion
Interest in technology, applications, and startups
