About the job:
We are looking for a Social Media Content to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media content across multiple communication channels to increase brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate should be creative, able to work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.
What you will do:
Develop and execute social media content across multiple communication channels (e.g., Facebook Fanpage, Facebook Group, Tiktok, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create compelling content (e.g., posts, images, videos, etc.) and maintain a robust editorial calendar in coordination with the channel owner team & design team.
Analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates, etc.) and use insights to refine social media direction and improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., channel owner, in-house production, content coordinators, design, etc.) to ensure that social media initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.
Keep up-to-date with cultural/social trends and audience insights and attitudes to identify and surface reactive opportunities on social media for executive channels.
Other assigned tasks by the direct manager.
Others:
Report to Social Media Team Leader on a weekly basis
Research and study new trends or innovative case studies in the Event Industry
Working time: 8 hours/day ( 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM) Monday -Friday
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills (English and Vietnamese).
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging social media content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to conduct independent research using a proactive approach.
- Experience developing editorial and content calendars is preferred.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
