We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across various social media platforms for our e-commerce platform. Your role will involve creating engaging content, executing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure the success of our online presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in product development of Solaso.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging and shareable content (graphics, videos, blog posts) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management: Manage daily posts, stories and interactions on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and timely responses.
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns that align with business objectives, driving traffic and conversions on our e-commerce platform.
Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with followers, customers and influencers.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies based on metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media strategies are fresh and innovative.
Customer Feedback: Monitor customer feedback on social media, assist in addressing concerns, and relay valuable insights to the customer service and product teams.
