Software Architect/ Dev Ops

• Design and develop solution architecture in large or complex programs, including system and application designs, software and technical architecture according to project requirements
• Oversees solution architecture project outcomes to ensure that each project phase meets overall requirements.
• Participating in technology selection
• Controlling solution development
• Supporting project management

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering
• At least 5+ years experience developing software and 3+ years experience as a solution architect or technical lead=
• Analytical Thinking - Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business.
• Effective Communications - Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Effectiveness Measurement - Ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement.
• IT Standards, Procedures & Policies - Knowledge of and the ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Software Product Design/Architecture - Knowledge of and experience with activities, tools and techniques for converting market requirements into the software product design.
