Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide effort estimates for planned work and communicate adjustments when scope or requirements change
Design, develop, test, and maintain software components
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver features
Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Document your work for future reference and team knowledge sharing
Follow company coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements
Mentor and support less experienced team members to improve their skills and work quality

Yêu cầu
Must have:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP software development
Familiar with one in systems: ERP, CMS, PIM, MAM/DAM
Experienced with REST APIs and database design
Experienced with Elastic Search, Redis, Message Queue (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Familiar with version control systems (e.g. Git)
Able to discuss and report daily work in English
Strong in analytical and creative thinking skills
Confident in proposing and defending own solutions, while remaining open to feedback
Comfortable navigating uncertainty and finding structure in unclear tasks
Innovative and able to think beyond standard solutions ("outside-the-box" mindset)
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
Nice to have:
Experienced in QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) practices
Comfortable working with open-ended, abstract goals
Proactive in developing and proposing implementation ideas without waiting for instruction
Skilled in translating vague client wishes into clear, actionable steps
Strong understanding of client expectations, even when not fully expressed
