Software Engineer (Spring Boot, AWS)

1 - Job Description:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.
Develop and enhance frontend applications using ReactJS.
Build and optimize business workflows related to aircraft maintenance planning and task management.
Implement and maintain real-time data processing and message-driven/event-driven solutions.
Develop integrations with internal and external operational systems.
Deploy and maintain applications on AWS environments.
Participate in requirement discussions, solution design, code reviews, and technical improvements.
Collaborate with distributed teams following Agile Scrum methodology.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and support production environments when required. Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.
2 - Qualifications:
Experience & Domain Knowledge: minimum 3 years of software development experience.
Experience working in enterprise-scale systems with complex business workflows.
Experience with real-time monitoring, alerting systems, or production incident handling is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.
Hands-on experience with ReactJS, including state management and API integration.
Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and SQS.
Solid understanding of queue-based architectures and event-driven systems.
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Codex, Claude) is preferred.
Monitoring & Operations (Plus Points) Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and AWS CloudWatch.
Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting operational incidents.
Ability to read technical documentation and communicate directly with international clients when required.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Detail-oriented and careful when handling production and operational data.
