Build and lead the in-house software development function, including hiring, coaching, task allocation, and performance management.
Manage the transition of products from external vendors to the internal team and oversee system operations and new feature development.
Define technical architecture, select technologies, review code, and ensure software quality.
Plan and manage sprint progress, task breakdown, and development workflow improvements.
Introduce and promote AI-assisted development tools and practices across the team.
Work closely with management to align technical solutions with business goals.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Working hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)

Experience & Skills Requirements
At least 5 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or team management role.
Experience building or scaling development teams and managing daily team operations.
Strong project planning, task management, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn new technologies.
Good English communication skills for technical documents and business discussions.
Technical Requirements
Mobile: React Native (TypeScript)
Frontend: [protected info] / [protected info]
Backend: Java Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL
Familiar with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and software architecture concepts (MVC, Clean Architecture, Microservices).
Basic understanding of unit testing and integration testing.
Nice to Have
Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese partners.
Japanese communication skills.
Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.
