Mô tả công việc

Prompt Development & Testing: Assist in designing, developing, and testing prompts that help AI models provide accurate and contextually relevant outputs.
Test Execution & Quality Assurance: Work with the QA team to execute test cases, report findings, and ensure that the AI models meet performance and quality standards.
Documentation in Confluence: Maintain and organize testing documentation, including test plans, results, and project notes, in Confluence to keep the team aligned and information readily accessible.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers and other team members to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall product quality.
Automation Support: Assist in creating automated tests, sample prompts, and scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with Software Quality Assurance principles, prompt engineering, and documentation practices.
Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear documentation and collaboration.
Basic knowledge of confluence for maintaining organized and accessible project documentation.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Willingness to learn QA methodologies and test automation practices.
