Việc làm Software Tester

Mô tả công việc

Analyze business requirements and technical documentation to develop appropriate Test Plans and Test Cases for the project.
Perform API Testing (Postman or similar tools) and Database Testing (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Design and develop automated test scripts for Web, API, and Mobile applications using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks to streamline testing processes.
Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and POs to clarify requirements and ensure product quality before release.
Log, track, and prioritize defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Analyze and report defects clearly and in detail, monitor the bug-fixing process.
Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes to support fast and efficient release cycles; mentor junior/fresher testers.
Research and apply new testing tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Professional QA certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing; experience in marketplace and B2B2C eCommerce projects is preferred.
Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, Redmine, etc.).
Knowledge of software development, API testing (RESTful API), and automation testing frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C, etc.).
Experience working with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Strong English skills in reading, understanding, and writing technical documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, logical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
