Software Testing Specialist (Middle/junior Qc/tester)

• Cross-platform Testing
- Perform functional testing on Mobile Apps (iOS/Android) and Internet Banking (Web).
- Validate compatibility, user experience (UX), and frontend performance (Javascript-based).
• Core Banking Testing
- Test business operations such as accounting, interest calculation, fund transfers, and account management on Core Banking platforms (C-based).
- Ensure data integrity during synchronization between front-end and back-end systems.
• Data Handling
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve, validate transaction data, and reconcile reports.
- Create test data directly in the database to support complex testing scenarios.
• Process Management
- Analyze business requirements, design test cases, execute testing, and manage defects using Jira.
Technical Skills
• Languages / Platforms
- Ability to read and understand programming language for debugging UI issues or writing simple test scripts.
- Understanding of programming logic (C knowledge is a plus) to collaborate in testing Core Banking modules.
- Strong SQL skills: ability to write complex queries with joins, understanding indexing and transactions in financial systems.
• Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
- Fund Transfers (NAPAS), Deposits, Credit, Cards, or international payment systems.
• Tools
- Proficient with Postman (API testing) and Chrome DevTools.
- Knowledge of Automation tools (Playwright) is a strong advantage.
