Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the Solana blockchain using Rust.

CORE REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Rust programming language, with a strong grasp of its ownership model and concurrency features.
Hands-on experience building and deploying smart contracts on the Solana network.
Solid understanding of dApp architecture and on-chain/off-chain interactions.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent debugging skills.
Familiarity with blockchain development tools such as Anchor, Solana CLI, and Phantom.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience developing smart contracts on other platforms (e.g., Ethereum) using Solidity.
Exposure to front-end technologies such as React or Angular for dApp user interfaces.
Understanding of DeFi protocols, token standards, and on-chain financial primitives.
Background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or related technical fields.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
2-3 years of experience in blockchain or Web3 development, with a proven track record in smart contract engineering.
