Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise applications and digital platforms.
Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and technology roadmaps.
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, project teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture reviews.
Establish architecture governance, design reviews, and engineering best practices to ensure quality, security, and performance across delivery.
Define non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, security, and performance, and validate them throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, estimations, and technical presentations.
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical coaching.
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive AI-first solution adoption where applicable.

Yêu cầu
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with proven experience in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.
Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable solutions for E-commerce, Retail, Mobile Applications, and Digital Commerce platforms.
Hands-on experience with API-First, Composable, and Microservices Architectures.
Hands-on experience architecting and deploying solutions on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proven experience integrating enterprise systems, including ERP, Payment Gateways, OMS, Logistics, and third-party services.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture decisions.
Experience participating in pre-sales activities, solution consulting, estimation, and technical proposal development.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
