Job Description
• Develop and accelerate Solutions sales growth through new customer acquisitions.
• Demonstrate consistent enterprise-class solution selling skills, processes, expertise and methodologies to accelerate the pipelines development, sales cycle, and increase sales close ratios.
• Establish and maintain C level / Line of Business Executive level relationships in opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets by leveraging comprehensive account/opportunity/ and territory planning methodologies, customer relationship.
• Proposal/ Quotation / tender preparation for new solutions sales enquiries, including:
- Opportunity evaluation, prioritization and identification of both commercial and technical risk
- Customer meetings to identify needs and evaluation of possible solutions
- Concept development of solution
- Co-ordination and team leadership of all activities required to compile quotation / tender document including final editing of customer proposal document
- Development of "pitch" and presentation/ clarification/ review for quotation/ tender

Experience Required
• Minimum of 5 years of successful solution sales experience in industrial software and digital transformation solutions for manufacturing, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Hands-on experience in selling one or more manufacturing software solutions such as ERP, MES/MOM, Production Scheduling (APS), WMS, or related Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes and ISA-95 architecture, including the integration between ERP, MES, shop-floor systems, and industrial automation.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of OT Cyber Security concepts, standards, and solutions (e.g., IEC 62443, network segmentation, asset visibility, vulnerability assessment) is highly preferred.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with the ability to understand customer business challenges and propose appropriate digital transformation solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical decision-makers.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify customer priorities, develop account strategies, and drive opportunities from qualification to closure.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including plant management, IT, OT, engineering, and executive management.
Educational required:
• Bachelor's degree in technology of IT, Automation
• Understanding of Yokogawa solutions portfolio would be added advantage
