Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities include:
1. VENDOR MANAGEMENT:
• Identifying new vendors in North Vietnam
• Sending out Request For Quotation to existing and prospective vendors
• Following up with vendors on quote status.
• Providing feedback on quotes to vendors
• Identifying prospective vendors for on-site audits based on bid competitiveness
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Redaction of technical drawings
• Working via our project management software to manage quote requests
• Dividing RFQ's by manufacturing process
• Qualifying received bids according to project requirements and vendor capabilities
• Uploading and tracking bids to project management program
• Linking like tasks for historical reference
• Update Project Management system and manage status changes
3. OPERATIONS:
• Maintaining company profiles, equipment lists, capability matrix for bidding factories
• Breaking out quotes into specific cost inputs before production
• Organizing vendors met at trade shows: details and follow ups
• Update Project Management system and manage status changes
• Production scheduling & Planning
Yêu cầu
• Vietnamese + English proficiency required
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Material Science or Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years minimum of experience in Manufacturing Operation/Support
• Experience in Casting, CNC Machining, Forging or other metal manufacturing processes
• Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with vendors and management
• Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines
• Ability to independently lead teams and execute on functional responsibilities
• Experience with factory costing a plus
