Our team are expanding and we are now seeking a Sourcing Merchandiser to join our KGA team and shape a tomorrow of endless possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Source and develop new suppliers & products at right quality with the lowest price
- Managing supplier/product sourcing & development in accordance with the critical path every buying season
- Organizing buying trips and facilitating buying meetings
- Price negotiation on new line and repeating line, MOQ, delivery date and other aspects
- Set up department and/or supplier level new line end-to-end (from sourcing to delivery) critical path for each buying season
- Define the department level plan and prioritization
Coordinate with Quality team, Suppliers, and/or buyer to ensure right quality of products, and other aspects of preventive quality management
- Execute the projects including but not limit to sustainability, OSB, shrinkage reduction, open costing collection, etc
- Supplier base review, optimization and diversification

Yêu cầu

- 5-7 years solid merchandising experience in Hardgoods categories, preferably in buying office environment
- Familiar with general merchandise& supplier base knowledge will be an advantage
- Tertiary education or equivalent
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill to liaison between buyers and factories
- Proven experience to be able to work with overseas buyers independently
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer knowledge
