- Source new materials for new development under cat. manager request.
- Request for quotations for costing team under sourcing manager request.
- Arrange audit schedule and make audit report after the audit.
- Collect new materials samples & catalog and keep them well in a library for the record.
- Update supplier database every day.
- Make order and track for sample received in the soonest time.
- Meeting with ME, and PD for new development items.
- Meeting with related departments regarding price and quality from suppliers.
- Join sample review. - Join trade fair, show in local.
- Update knowledge of new materials.
- Sourcing output report monthly.
- Support PD to push sample delivery from suppliers.
- Any INDIRECT sourcing request from all depts
- Sourcing backup suppliers for all DIRECT & INDIRECT material
- Update price to costing team for all current DIRECT & INDIRECT material
- Researching alternative materials, and alternative suppliers, offering improved methods related to materials to increase quality but reduce product costs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Wood Processing, Furniture Design, or related fields.
2. Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
- Knowledge of sourcing processes and furniture materials.
- Ability to work independently.
3. Skills & Competencies
- Pre-intermediate English.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Good communication, negotiation, time management, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
