- Provide professional massage, facial, and body treatments with consistency and according to hotel standards.
- Adhere to guest contact standards at all times.
- Greet guests by name with a comfortable voice, friendly attitude, and hospitable demeanor.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provide complete and knowledgeable information regarding the services offered by the hotel, including how and where guests can access them.
- Be aware of the events of the day and activities happening in the hotel or complex.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow hygiene standards.
- Control the use of equipment and products under the supervision of the Therapist Supervisor.
- Maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products; assist the Therapist Supervisor in monthly inventory.
- Be on time for shifts and work according to the assigned schedule.
- Alert security or the duty manager if a suspicious person is observed.
- Be fully conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures.
- Follow the daily checklist and adhere to instructions from the supervisor or above on working procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Therapist Supervisor or Director of Spa & Recreation.
