To call on Consultant Engineers, Architects, Government Departments and Client bodies to allow products to be specified.
To liaise closely with the sales team when calling on prospective customers at the pre-tender stages in order that a product submission can be made.
Where competitor's products have been specified, the jobholder will make counter proposals with appropriate supporting documentation.
To introduce new products to major Contractors, Consultant Engineers, Architects and Client bodies
To produce and deliver technical presentations.
To produce and deliver product training presentations to staff or clients.
To participate in the monthly sales meetings in support of the BPM processes.
Compilation of reports and forecasts as required. Including project pipelines and Sales Action Plans.
Develop and implement specification plan that is aligned with the Group Strategic Goals specifically in terms of growth and market share.
Awareness of competitors activities and identify relevant threats and opportunities.
Perform any other duties assigned by Head of Commercial

5 yrs experience managing and promoting high specification industrial products.
3 yrs working experience as a Specification/Sales Manager in the Building and Construction industry.
Goal and result-oriented
Good at English
