Sr Backend NestJS Dev - JS, TypeScript Fluent English

You will be involved in a variety of projects, working with Australian customers and team members to complete the projects. You will have the opportunity and time to study, apply, and improve your technical knowledge and soft skills.

• Represent SsTech in projects with partners and customers.
• Participate in meetings with customers and the project team to gather requirements and provide updates on the project.
• Analyze project documents to understand customer processes and project needs.
• Communicate with the team to ensure project requirements are fully understood by the development team.
• Collaborate with the development team to review project requirements and submit a timeline according to project deadlines.
• Track all change requests and manage project documents, including requirements, specifications, timelines, and change requests.
• Monitor the progress of the development team; update customers, project managers, and other stakeholders on any issues to ensure timely project completion.

• At least 4 years of experience in Software Development.
• Solid experience in JavaScript ES6 (import/export of modules, promises, async/await, callbacks) and TypeScript with NestJS.
• Experience working on microservices-based projects.
• Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficient in DevOps and Continuous Delivery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Strong experience in agile development environments.
• Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AWS and containers (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with front-end frameworks.
• Experience in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
