1. Logistics:
• Take care all import/export duty, include but not limit customs clearance (work with customs broker), follow up conformity analysis for import shipments, quality tracking & handling.
• Work closely with Operation team in Singapore (Supply Hub) to align shipment schedule.
• New product registration and maintain current registration.
• Work with Plant Protect Department for quality/registration issue.
• Monitor KPI of customs broker, comply with company Ethic & Compliance policy.
• Packaging preparation: work with MKT for design, with supplier for packaging production base on shipment schedule.
• Work closely with Plant team on shipment delivery schedule.
• Working regularly with SUN system.
• Proactively update and implement changes in Law & Regulations.
• Others relevant tasks may be assigned time by time depends on business need.
• Quality coordinator for VN working directly with Regional Quality manager to handle quality issue cases.
• Handling Export to Cambodia, direct to AG and their agency/
• Handling material
purchasing, pricing, contract, delivery, payment.
• Handling issues & complaint register and follow up on Synergi.
• Re-export handling: customs dealing, PPD dealing, Lab dealing, liner dealing.
• Import license application for sample.
• Field trial coordinator: license dossier prepared & submitted to PPD, trial contract, sample import, delivery, follow up trial progress, registration.
• Controlling QR code printed on packaging, handling with QR printing issue with MKT and supplier.

Customer service supervisor:
• Sales order processing, bonus/ discount calculation base on trade campaign.
• Customer notification, customer complaint handling, improve bottom line result base on customer's feedback, propose ways to enhance CS efficiency.
• Liaise with Ops team & 3PL for smoothly transaction in and out of system, in term of input & output of products, production & delivery.
• Back up CS duties when required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support for all logistics for product warehousing, transportation, customer clearance, shipment planning, inventory management.
- Follow up customer service: customer's purchase order/invoicing, handling customers complaints, quality management and product stewardship, operation standard to 3PL
- Leading, training ISO/ IFA implementation & certificating.
