Sr. MS Dynamics 365 Dev- Business Central/CRM -Up 3000

CodeHQ Vietnam is looking for a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer - Business Central or CRM to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City (District 12).

In this role, you will work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for customers across New Zealand. Depending on your experience, you will focus on either Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) / Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Business Central, delivering high-quality business applications, integrations, and custom solutions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, communicates effectively in English, and can work independently within a distributed team.

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform

• Strong technical experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM
• Strong understanding of Dataverse
• Experience configuring and customising model-driven apps
• Experience developing plugins using C#
• Experience developing JavaScript or TypeScript for Dynamics 365 forms
• Experience with Power Automate
• Understanding of Power Platform solution management and ALM
• Experience with deployment between environments
• Experience troubleshooting Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse issues

Business Central

• Experience developing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL
• Experience with Business Central extensions
• Understanding of Business Central upgrade patterns
• Experience with Dynamics NAV / C/AL would be advantageous
• Experience building or supporting Business Central integrations
• Experience with Business Central automated test codeunits would be highly valued

Core technical skills

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience using Azure DevOps
• Experience using Git or similar source control tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Experience with REST APIs, OData, web services, and integrations
• Experience with SQL Server and data migration activities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed delivery team

Essential soft skills and experience

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (IELTS certification is preferred)
• A team player with a positive attitude and professional approach
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development
• Experience working with overseas customers
