Key Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with Enterprise Digital Demand Creation team and regional/local BU
digital marketing team to define DCX (digital customer experience) and AI strategic plan together with manager.
• Provide digital marketing analysis and advisory, sharing industry best practices.
• Deliver AI insights and co-develop solutions with BUs within the Digital Demand Creation domain.
• Assess MarTech capabilities and partner with
Product Owners (POs) to define the DCX product roadmap, including platforms such as Website, Rich's Plus, and Marketing Automation.
• Evaluate AI platforms and contribute to the development of the DC AI roadmap alongside management.
• Work closely with solution architects and analysts to ensure alignment on system design and architecture.
• Coordinate with POs, IT development teams, and vendors to ensure successful product delivery through PI and sprint planning.
• Lead OCM, including training and adoption, to enhance user understanding and system utilization.
