Key Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with Enterprise Digital Demand Creation team and regional/local BU
digital marketing team to define DCX (digital customer experience) and AI strategic plan together with manager.
• Provide digital marketing analysis and advisory, sharing industry best practices.
• Deliver AI insights and co-develop solutions with BUs within the Digital Demand Creation domain.
• Assess MarTech capabilities and partner with
Product Owners (POs) to define the DCX product roadmap, including platforms such as Website, Rich's Plus, and Marketing Automation.
• Evaluate AI platforms and contribute to the development of the DC AI roadmap alongside management.
• Work closely with solution architects and analysts to ensure alignment on system design and architecture.
• Coordinate with POs, IT development teams, and vendors to ensure successful product delivery through PI and sprint planning.
• Lead OCM, including training and adoption, to enhance user understanding and system utilization.
Yêu cầu
Experience & Education
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI-related projects or product development.
Preferred Application Experience:
• Customer Journey Mapping
• AI platforms (e.g. MS Copilot Studio, Alibaba Model Studio, Salesforce Agentforce)
• Website DXP/CMS (e.g. WordPress, Adobe AEM, Sitecore)
• DAM/PIM systems (e.g. AEM, Bynder, Enterworks)
• SEO/SEM
• Marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Social media marketing (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat, Line)
• Video and livestream management
• Google Analytics
• DMP/CDP platforms
• Microsoft Office and Power BI
